Andreas Masuhr appointed Chair of the OECD Global Forum on Technology focus group on quantum technologies
Andreas Masuhr, Head of the Swiss Quantum Initiative, has been appointed Chair of the OECD focus group on quantum technologies as part of the Global Forum on Technology.
The OECD Global Forum on Technology on quantum technology brings together policy makers, industry, academia and civil society to foster international dialogue on emerging technologies and their governance. In the field of quantum technologies, it provides a platform to exchange knowledge, identify policy challenges and strengthen international cooperation.
Switzerland plays an active role in these discussions through the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation and the Swiss Delegation to the OECD. Andreas Masuhr's appointment as Chair highlights Switzerland's strong engagement in shaping the multilateral dialogue on quantum technologies.
