Members of the Commission

The Swiss Quantum Commission (SQC) is elected ad personam by the SCNAT Board. The purpose of the SQC is to strengthen and further develop Switzerland's leading position in the field of quantum technology, from basic research to application. It brings together the expertise of research institutions in the field of quantum research and innovation in Switzerland and coordinates the activities within the initiative. The commission usually meets once a month. The work of the committee members is voluntary and unpaid.
The commission comprises active or emeritus scientists from Switzerland. The State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI), the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and the SCNAT Board are each represented by one guest.
