On May 13, Swiss-based companies active in the field of quantum gathered in Geneva for an information and working session, organized and invited by Swissmem as part of the SQIN and hosted by ID Quantique.
The SQI provided an update on funding instruments along the quantum value chain including specifics about the current call “TRL-Enhancing Initiatives”.
To address deep technological challenges and corresponding needs of the quantum ecosystem, additional and targeted support instruments are required. The current 2-stage call aims at building and extending key capacities to raise technology readiness levels (TRLs) in the areas of quantum communication, quantum sensing and quantum computing.
